Construction Project Mangers and Field Superintendents
LICO Group is currently seeking a experienced, hands-on Property Managers/Rental Agent for the following locations: Newington, CT office. The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the apartment complex by operating the property within established financial guidelines and budget, ensuring the property meets established property standards, maintaining occupancy at reasonable levels, reviewing delinquent accounts and taking required action while responding to resident requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.

**LICO Construction Project Manager:**
Project Manager: The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The PM shall ensure that both the Owner's / LICO expectations and budgetary guidelines are exceeded. The PM manages the project from beginning to end including: budget,cost,estimating,schedule,risk management,insurances, safety,general work performance, excellent client relationship, and overall excellent progress. Capable of executing LICO's Company Core Values and Mission. LICO Construction Field Superintendent: Construction Superintendent: Mid-rise Building IBC; Multifamily Town Homes IRC The superintendent position can be very diverse. Depending on project size and challenges the superintendent may be responsible for various areas. These areas range from foundation, structure, MEP, interior finish thru complete customer & client satisfaction. The Superintendents role is one of a leader,coach,negotiator and arbitrator. The leadership displayed by this individual is critical to the project's performance. Responsibilities Oversee,manage and document all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety Compliance. Direct field personnel according to the LICO project plan & principals. Possess LICO's Core Values and Mission.

**Residential Apartment Superintendents**
Superintendent to provide general mechanical skills including completion of work orders, basic plumbing, heating, electrical & grounds maintenance. On-call availability required. Must have 3+ years experience. Excellent pay & benefits. Supervisory experience preferred.

**Maintenance Technician**
Qualified Maintenance Technicians to provide general mechanical and maintenance skills to the property. Basic plumbing/heating, trash and grounds maintenance. Excellent pay/benefits.

**Regional/Senior Property Manager**
We are seeking a Regional/Senior Property Manager with 2-5 years experience to manage properties in and around the Connecticut area and to provide exceptional resident relations, leasing apartments, rent collection, managing budget and daily administration. Great organizational, computer & communication skills.
